As we celebrate 175 years of ministry, First Church is cultivating a community for all to belong, rooted in Jesus’ way of love and justice. Generations before us opened the doors to provide a vital ministry of worship and care, justice and service.

Through their commitment and generosity, we have inherited a church building that is both our beloved home and a growing hub for a resilient, diverse network of community partners. We are becoming a bustling third space where people come to meet basic needs, socialize, engage with music and the arts, and organize for social justice.

Now, through the Open Doors campaign, we are inviting members and friends of First Church to invest in this creative and hopeful work.
